A nutrient specific to Oenococcus oeni lactic acid bacteria, rich in compounds of interest, MALOBOOST™ is a highly effective facilitator of MLF, accelerating the start of fermentation and increasing its kinetics.

 

 

Description

If you want a successful fermentation, both in technical and flavour terms, then it is crucial to properly feed your yeast and/or bacteria. This nutrition must contain everything they need and provide a good balance of nitrogen (organic and mineral), fatty acids, sterols, vitamins, and minerals at different stages of the process. LAFFORT® has developed a full range of nutrients that will ensure a well-balanced diet for your microorganisms, according to the specific conditions of the must.
