LAFASE® XL FLOT
Enzyme preparation selected by our research and development department on the criterion of rapid depectinisation of musts intended for flotation.
LAFASE® XL FLOT is a robust liquid formulation, proven on many matrices. It increases the yields of the flotation cycles in wineries by limiting the waiting time (depectinisation) before starting the clarification step by flotation.
Enzymes act as extremely precise catalysts. Whether they’re used for clarification, extraction, revealing aromas, stabilisation, or filtration, the primary and secondary enzymatic activities provided by our formulation are specially selected to ensure the best possible results.
And to provide optimum security and performance, some of our products are put through a unique purification process designed to eliminate any potentially damaging activity (cinnamoyl esterase, anthocyanase).
