Liquid gelatin made of a specific selection of animal raw materials (Porcine origin).

CLARPRESS is a gelatin specifically intented for press wine clarification. It ensures:

  • Rapid flocculation of colloidal materials.
  • Optimal sedimentation for minimal lees volume (limiting wine loss).
  • A specific action on aggressive and astringent tannins, to soften wine structure. Its surface charge density and specific protein mass distribution ensures high fining efficiency.
