New generation of arabic gum presented in instant form that dissolves rapidly and entirely (IDP Process).

Thanks to its composition and its high content of non-fermentable polysaccharides OENOGOM® INSTANT contributes towards:

  • Stabilisation of colouring matter in young red wines.
  • Colloidal protection by effectively opposing the aggregation of amorphous hydrophobic colloids resulting from physicochemical transformations (iron casse, copper casse, … ).
  • Stabilisation regarding tartaric precipations
  • Wine smoothness by “coating” the more aggressive tannins.
