In order to adapt to the constant evolution of agroalimentary standards, we have at our disposal active regulation intelligence, a high-performance traceability system and a monitoring device for the requirements of our clients and partners.
For all our products, food approval certificates, absence of GMO certificates, conformity with the Oenological Codex certificates..., are all available online at our internet site (download our certificates)
Since 2005, LAFFORT has introduced a food safety approach aimed at controlling physical, biological and chemical risks throughout its entire production ( HACCP Certificate).
In association with its laboratory SARCO, LAFFORT has also developed rigorous quality controls for each stage of its production processes.
The laboratory, in partnership with research and development organisations, contributes to the qualitative improvement of wines by developing new, natural oenological products which maintain the intrinsic qualities of the wine. (MANNOSTAB®, BIOLEES®, QUERTANIN®, Staves...)
