GELAROM™ is characterised by a high density of surface charges enabling it to act with precision on certain colloidal substances as aroma maskers.
GELAROM™ is a fining agent intended for:

  • Revealing the organoleptic potential of wines. GELAROM™ refines the phenolic structure, promoting aroma expression, and restores freshness without modifying the structural equilibrium of the wine.
  • Stabilising the colloidal state.
  • Clarifies wines and musts by eliminating haze particles.
