Vegetal protein (pea), bentonite and active carbon preparation, especially formulated for the fining of musts, new wines in fermentation and white wines.

Allergen-free preparation, combining vegetal protein, bentonite and active carbon to:

  • Insure hue lasting stability of rosé wines, by eliminating oxydisable polyphenols during fermentation.
  • Help the decontamination of musts and wines in fermentation.
  • Contribute to a selective adsorption of unstable proteins in wine, to engage protein stabilisation.
  • Compatible with the European regulation for Organic vinification R (CE) 889/2008 and its amendments.
