Allergen-free preparation, combining vegetal protein, bentonite and active carbon to:
- Insure hue lasting stability of rosé wines, by eliminating oxydisable polyphenols during fermentation.
- Help the decontamination of musts and wines in fermentation.
- Contribute to a selective adsorption of unstable proteins in wine, to engage protein stabilisation.
- Compatible with the European regulation for Organic vinification R (CE) 889/2008 and its amendments.
