GÉLATINE EXTRA N°1 is characterized by:
- It’s clarification and stabilisation functions. It allows a rapid elimination of the present haze and ensures a very good stabilization by removing colloidal substances that may precipitate later.
- Eliminates tannins responsible for aggressive or astringent characters, and gives the wine roundness and suppleness in the mouth.
- Its purity retains the wine’s balance and aromatic finesse.
